The beta uses a global 14+ account rule because it asks only for a birth year. Do not create an account if you do not meet that requirement, and do not provide a false birth year.
Catalog information is informational
Card records and source-backed price observations may be incomplete or delayed. They are not appraisals, financial advice, or a promise that a card can be bought or sold for a displayed amount.
Keep access fair
Do not probe security, bypass limits, automate bulk extraction, upload unlawful material, impersonate someone else, or use Binder in a way that harms the service, its sources, or other people.
Cards still belong to their rights holders
Binder is an independent catalog and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pokémon or other game publishers. Names, artwork, and marks remain the property of their respective rights holders. A takedown process and final IP review remain launch requirements.
The beta can change
Features may change or be unavailable while the product is tested. Export remains free, and you may delete your account from the account page. Reviewed operator terms must replace this notice before public launch.
